This looks like a great site which may be of use to a lot of us who haven't got a clue about cooking measurements.
It is an eye opener when you work out how much you are putting in your cakes, biscuits etc. For instance, 8oz of sugar equals 53 and 3/4 teaspoons!!!! :eek:
