I went into my bank branch of Halifax to make an official complaint about the tactics of a company called Retail Bank Collections, who are the debt collectors for the Halifax apparently?
Anyway..they are totally horrendous & a law unto themselves
I have gone through Halifax customer relations to make the official complaint & got a reference number etc...
Im just wondering if anyone else has gone through a same complaint proceedure & if so, how far you took it/how it ended up etc...?
