advice please

we pay £5 a week through the hsbc bank by paying in slips for c.s.a. arrears and
£5 is supposed to be deducted everyweek from benefits (or at least i belive).

however nothing is being deducted for c.s. not even the £5.

we signed on today and i asked they guy if i could see the screen and he showed me (it was regarding another issue) but i noticed that csa was on the screen and that beside it was details to the effect of

csa applyed
csa completed

what does that mean - does it mean that no deductions have been made from benefits so therefore we are even in more arrears ?
or is no deduction required as we are on benefits ?
i always thought £5 was deducted - im puzzled, but like HE*L are we going down that route again saying we owe even more arrears due to there incompetance

Did you bother to ask the guy who showed you the screen?
Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

I wish my ex paid as much as £5 per week towards his arrears (almost paid, but now he has stopped - AGAIN!!)

mine has paid nothing and now has been 'assessed' to pay nil as he is on
benefit. If I lost my job kids would still have to be fed, clothed and have a roof over their head - we would manage somehow - no option. I have contacted mp etc as it is insulting for the CSA to say any parent should pay nil for their children. Feel for you Markeymark - you are making up for the low-lives who don't pay!!!
