having spoken to cccs i have been advised that i have a monthly shortfall of approx £800 pm. i have been told to make token payments of £1 to the 3 cc companies. if they apply for a ccj can i be forced to sell the house as i have no spare money to make any payments to them?

Most debts are NEVER subject to court action
Most ccjs are NOT enforced by charging orders
Most charging orders DON'T progress to orders for sale applications
Most judges would not grant an order for sale
Unless you're the sort of person who worries about being struck by a meteorite every time you go out, I would say 'follow the CCCS advice' and concentrate on balancing your income and expenditure.
