Hi

Sorry to ask about skype again but I am still having problems trying to set it up. I have downloaded skype and I bought an internet headset but when I tried to load it, it conflicted with my broadband so it would not load. I have now tried setting up my dd's web cam and checked the sound by recording a message on to the webcam video and that was find but when I logged onto skype and tried the sound test It did not record my message and I just got the recording saying if I was getting this message there was a problem with my headset.
Please if anyone could help I would be grateful. Do I need a special kind of headset etc. I am not a tech wizz and just want to talk to my family in OZ.

Have you set Skype options to the webcam microphone?
Click on Tools > Options > Audio settings > set the microphone to webcam, when you talk the green bar on the volume under the microphone should increase.0 -
