You really do need to start your own thread. What did they send you from 1995? Did it contain the prescribed terms? At that date most were not legally complaint.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

Nope. Only if it's one way - eg addressed to you, everything else they ignore. I am in a similar position with Next, even have the letter off them stating they cannot enforce it without an agreement. Does that stop them, nope!
Anyway, best to start your own thread, not to confuse yours with the OP. OP = original poster.Any help, opinions, views I may hold those are my own. Respect them as you would expect the same in return. Offered freely, is gleaned from a lifetime of experiences, knowledge gaining. Passed on to benefit others. I may be direct, ask you questions but those are to help you. Up to you if you choose to take it. I won't judge you either way.
