Weight Watchers Tracker/Online Manager

I am googling to see if I can find a free tool online which is similar to the WW tracking programme. Failing that I'd be happy to have something to print out to fill in on a daily/weekly basis. I have never been to WW so do not have any of their official things. I did buy a points book of ebay and I have been allowing myself a certain amount of points but I want to be a geek and do it right using the tracking facility, but do not want to pay their online fee or go and physically join a club just to get the paperwork/online tools I need.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Do you have Microsoft Excel on your pc?

I used to be a member of ww but i couldn't afford the weekly fee anymore so i decided to make my own tracker and leave it in a folder on my desktop and fill it in everyday maybe you could do something like that

I'm an expert at the ww diet done it for many years on and off (lost 5 stone) so if you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask :D
  • Thank you. I did think about creating one on Excel. Was hoping to find a WW sheet I could use for format so that I am following it correctly and able to add in exercise etc. :j
