Amazon Gift Certificate Scam

Bought £25 worth of books on Amazon using a gift certificate. (Or so I thought!)
Turns out they took the money off my debit card, and off the gift certificate!:mad:
When I ask them if they would be so kind as to refund my debit card, they refund the gift certificate balance instead.
Hey ho. So good old Amazon make £50 turnover from a £25 order!
Anyone know a good lawyer?
