Remortgaging

Hi all, just a quick queston to ask wether its possible to re-mortgage whilst in arrears, i dont think i could but just wishing to confirm, thanks.

Very unlikely it would be worth doing so as the rates you would get, if you could even get a mortgage agreed, would be high.0

Unless you were desperate to raise extra money ( and the new lender would let you) I could not see the point.
