These arrived today - they are worth every penny. I'd been putting off gettin them for ages but the way the plates move makes them glide through the hair, not like my outgoing pair that rip through it.

    Treat yourself ladies! ;)

hmmn i am also suspicious - i can understand the pink ones being reduced as they are a special offer from Oct 08n - the white ones are £80 too - why when they sell for £125+ everywhere else? You can enter the web address on the GHD site to check the are an authorised dealer... These guys are not.

They're up to £101.09 now on Amazon, but still cheaper than on the official site.

The pink ones are actually £132.00 on the GHD official site so at 96.00 we saved almost £40, at 101 you still save over £30

Lots of cheaper options via Google's Shopping link - http://www.groovycart.co.uk was just one at £70.

Has anyone checked up on these. They are much cheaper but apparently there are loads of fakes tho! But would you not be covered by PayPals guarantee?

They are not an authorised retailer - just checked on the GHD website. There are SO many fakes out there.
