Genuine prizes don't usually come with conditions attached except maybe agreeing to some publicity.

My Consumer is also on the 'Spam' list so people tend to stay clear because they just sell your email address and you get bombarded with spam. If I was you, I'd click on the link to remove your address from the publisher's list.
