    He's already claimed £2.7m from the pension.

    He has recieved it completely tax free, as RBS also paid his tax for him, of £1.8m, which he should of paid, but they, I would think, upped the pension to make sure they paid it on his behalf.

    A clause, to allow Fred Goodwin to take his pension earlier than the contractual 60 years of age, was inserted to allow him to take it at 50, just 2 days before he went.

    Gets worse.

    He has agreed he will give back the £2.7m, but ONLY if his pension is adjusted accordingly, and he gets that £2.7m in the usual monthly payments.
