changin from interest only to a 50/50

I have changed from an interest only mortgage to an 50% repayment and a
50% interest only........I rent out the property- sill I still be able to claim tax relief on both of the repayments.
Anyone got any ideas...?

You can claim tax relief on all the mortgage interest payments (whether interest only part or the interest element of the repayment part), but not on the capital you are repaying.Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0
