advice needed on pay off to company

my credit card debt has passed on to a company to collect , ive been paying it off at £60 a mth for a year or so and now down to £3700. i want to offer a settlment figure but dont know how much to offer or what they would take. a member of my family is going to pay it and me pay them. what sould i offer ??

coz sometimes they offer a settlment figure to get rid of the debt. i can only pay £60 a mth for so will be paying a long time yet
