Endowment misselling claim

I have a NU (was CU) endowment taken out in April 2006. The Financial advisor was Berry Birch & Noble, who I believe were known to some in this forum and no longer exist under that name.
I have a few months before I will receive my third red letter from NU. If I wish to complain about mis-selling, to whom should I do it?
I have no documentation with BBN's name on it but I do remember the meetings. They were introduced by the house seller.

You should complain to the FSCS. Then you more or less wait 2 years whilst it is dealt with.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
