Can someone out there tell me if they know that is, why i cannot get moved from my current 30 percent of my net pay to the 20 percent for 2 children with the CSA. Surely it is illegal for the CSA to be running 2 different sets of rules? I currently pay 548 and just been informed that it is jumping to 671 to take into effect my pay rise, both my children are 10 and 13, whilst my ex is now at college learning a second skill...which i seem to be paying for!!!!any advice help appreciated

You must be on the old CSA 1 system and they wont change you over to the new csa2/csa3/CMEC
They only take into account your housing costs up to half your income each month .0 -
No it isn't illegal, unfair yes, but illegal, no.0

Have you made the CSA aware of your housing costs (mortgage / rent), council tax bill & any pension payments that you make? All these should be taken into consideration by the CSA when they carry out an assessment on you.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000.
