Mine came today too. it was leaking as well. Looks like they should have packed them better. Lots of us have the same problem. Still shouldn't complain when its for free........or should we..... Dare we.... :rolleyes:

Hi I rang the freephone number on Monday and told them about my leaky bottle. today I had a phone call saying a replacement is being posted out today!! Hope I don't wait as long as I did for the original to arrive!!!! :T

i have sent 2 emails re my prize not arriving and i have had no response... when i emailed last week (when you lot all did too) i got nice email back saying if didnt receive it blah blah blah.. but nothing now!

I think the offer had closed the next day but some reason the operator made a mistake saying the competition was still open and you had won pash? A bit annoying but I think they will properly try and cover it up.

Pash have you tried ringing them and speaking to a "REAL" person, I found them very helpful. the number is a freephone one 0800 0122222.

Got my 2nd sample today....a replacement for the leaky bottle sent 2 weeks ago!! :T
