I have received a Valentines Day offer from Sky + from a friend, that states free Sky + and 3 months half price sky.



I am currently a sky subscriber for over 12 months but in my wife's name, Can I cancel our subscription and take the offer out in my name?



How long will it take to cancel, as the voucher is only valid until The 28th Feb?





Please advise.

Without trying to question your finding too much, may I ask that you double check to make sure the Sky+ offer doesn't say 'free standard installation' as opposed to 'free SKy + box' ? It is just that the sky website has this offer but not with a free sky+ box, just installation. Let us know! Good luck.

The deal looks like it is a limited one as it has a unique code on it and does say that you get a free sky + Box and Instillation as well as 3 months half price -



The only draw back is that you have to be a new customer.

I'd ring them up and query the offer - surely if they're willing to give it to a new customer, and you're polite and 'thinking of leaving' they might offer you something.
