Also when filling out the forms for my petition how do i go about the bills i pay as my hubby and i pay half each so do i only put down half the costs or do i put his income down?

Your best plan of action would be to contact one of the debt agencies as mentioned above and ask for their help....
Post your SOA on here and people will have a look and correct anything +/- that stands out as being incorrect either way....
