How big a heating system?

We want to replace our central heating system (solid fuel, convection pumped, very old) with a ground source system. However we don't know how big a pump we need. We have a three bed house, aprrox 120sqm, solid walls and a poorly insulated loft, which we can't insulate any better. How big a pump will we need?
