Panasonic TX37LZD80 £529.98 free 5 year warranty

Technically not a grabbit till Monday but worth the heads up! Costco will be selling the above mentioned TV for 2 weeks only starting 2/3/09. Of course you do need a Costco membership or you can join someones card for approx £12.
This is a Full 1080P LCD panel, spec as follows:-

Featuring the latest Viera technology, this 37" 1080P Panasonic LCD TV offers a better picture than ever before. Whether you're watching standard or high definition, the results of the 10,000:1 contrast ratio shine through. Blacks are blacker than ever before and colours truer to life.

Like most LCD TV manufacturers, Panasonic are fully aware of the need to supply plenty of HD inputs. With this in mind, the 1080P ready Panasonic comes complete with three HDMI sockets - enough for a Play Station, HDTV box and upsampling DVD player, for example. In addition to the trio of HDMIs, you'll also find twin SCART sockets, component and a conventional PC input - ideal for your older components.

Featuring its unique 80-series base design and "wedge" stand, the Panasonic TX37LZD80 looks smarter than ever - but not too distracting that it takes the viewers eye away from the picture. Good looks, a class-leading picture and excellent socketry. It could only be the new Panasonic TX37LZD80!

  • Good spot! I may have a look at this. Seems like a good price as John Lewis are selling the 32" version (with comparable 5 year warranty) for £599!

Went into Costco (Bristol) today to have a look at this Television and they had 3 in stock, not sure if they are going to get more stock in for the offer starting Monday, a little advanced warning as the stock might be limited!

The picture quality was excellent, really bright colours and very sharp... worth a look if your in the market for a top quality tv...

BTW I think you need the £60 off voucher that comes through the post to make it this price.
  • Great price, I have a 32" Panasonic LCD and love it, if you are a sports fan this model does not have the 100hz screen refresh.
  • can anyone confirm what keith says that you need a 60 quid voucher?

also, will Richer Sounds price match against this?
