Please help. I made a telephone call to m=one of my debtors yesterday advising them I would be making a payment this evening into the account direct from my HSBC account into theirs.
This morning they telephoned me a t 08:55 to confirm the transaction. They disclosed all information about the transfer, the bank I deal with, the amount, the conversation I had with them yesterday and didn’t ask me any security questions.
I advised them they didn’t ask me any security questions and disclosed all my information wihout doing so, and they hung up?
