Hsbc And Prudential Pension

My husband turns 50 in July and would like to take the 25% lump sum of his pensions but having written to them before Xmas we havent heard a thing. Also any advice on this would be helpful please.

Neitehr of those providers can do what you want on their legacy plans (or at all in the case of HSBC). It would require the pensions to be transferred to a Personal pension that allows drawdown, SIPP or drawdown plan.
Cant give advice. Board is not regulated to allow advice. Not that advice could be given in this case anyway because we dont know anything about your situation,prodcuts, needs etc. Also the transaction is considered a high risk one.Also any advice on this would be helpful please.
