CSA Variation

Anyone got experience of CSA variation due to payment of debts?

My ex and I both have a child living with us. I pay CSA to my ex and was told I could not claim variation due to a joint loan I am paying all of as it was included in consent order and would be paid off once house sold. My ex has now put in a variation against my claim for CSA for a loan he is paying which is in his name and for family use but this is also included in the clean break condent order

If relevant these are both recent claims and mine got lost in the system and the CSA said I had not made a claim so I put in an official complaint and now have someone reviewing it.

Any advice apprecated - thanks!
