Had this sent to me - out of a book called 'The timewaster letters', 'how to waste your creditors time - account arrears'
It's hilarious but I am uncertain about copyright to try and reproduce it on the forum, so if you would like me to email you a copy I assure you it will make you smile each and every time you talk to them! Alternatively you can look at the book in the library.
