looking for a a low SVR with low arrangement fees, does one exist?

hi been searching round tonight for mortgage deals, i wonder if one of you enlighten people. i think i might go for a SVR for the time being and fix when rates start to rise,

I would liek low fees with a low interest rate and with the options of overpaying if possible and the opion of paying it off in full as and when.

I know its alot of wants :rotfl:does it exist?

    Try HSBC.

They are one of the few lenders that have a good varaiable rate without any ERP's

Thanks for your reply, might be why I'm struggling to find a decent SVR mortgage then, hmm might stick with 5 year 4.29% that I have the option on

First Directs SVR offset is I think available at 3.69% - there is a small arrangement fee but no redemption penalties.

  • apparently their offset tracker has no tie-in either, so is a better bet at 2.89% - even with the £799 fee...
