Internet shopping - non delivery

I ordered goods over the internet at the end of January and have still not received them. I have contacted the company three times and they keep saying the goods will be dispatched soon. I paid by Lloyds visa debit card and they took the money out of my acount in January. What can I do about it ?

I think 28/31 days is the accepted normal maximum for delivery , unless they notifiy you of a delay

What is there delivery period on the website. If they have stated 28 days for delivery then you should wait until the 28 days is up. If however they have said delivery in say 7 days then you can start to complain.

They didn't state a delivery date. However, when I contacted them they said the goods were about to be dispatched. It has now been about 30 days. They have not replied to my last 2 emails. I worried than they won't send the goods.

well 28 days is up soon. I think companies can go over that period providing there inform you and you give consent

I must admit I wouldn't use any company again if it took that amount of time to deliver unless I knew beforehand before ordering and I wanted the goods at that price

Still you used Visa debit so you are covered under the visa scheme to do a chargeback within 120 days of ordering.
