Has anyone encountered their mortgage provider denying them the option to pay the Early Repayment Charge and move their mortgage?
Can the lender legitimately withdraw the right to pay up a mortgage, even when it has laid out clearly expressed ERC conditions in the mortgage conditions.
I'd be interested to hear of any Banks or Societies that are applying a "lock-in".
