anyone ever heard of triangle finance?

hiya guys,

had a weird phone call tonight ( home phone which is exdirectory).
a company called triangle finance called and asked for me by name. they said they were ringing re an enquiry i made a while back to freedom finance
(about 5 years ago i got a consolitation quote from freedom which was
extortionate)
they asked if i was falling behind with payments (i am) and asked if i was experiencing financial difficulties (i am). we can assist you they said. i said no thanks and hung up.
has anyone ever heard of this company ? i cant get the number they called from cos by the time i did 1471 someone else had called.im just worried. mbna are hounding me and its all gettin stressful :exclamati the last thing i need is a company ive never heard of ringing me for god knows what

    Never heard of them, but why are you asking if you realise they are some extortionate ripoff outfit? The fact they rung you should set the alarm bells off.

    I used to get these regular, had a call from some asian bloke a while back 'hello mr XXXX I am ringing on behalf of 'whatever' finance, can I ask, do you have outstanding credit card and other debts.

    Me- 'NO.....DO YOU?'

    That sort of threw him from his script, it was great.:rotfl:
    Total Debt -was £14,700 aprox NOW £13,835
    Paying each month-800-850 (hopefully)
    Hope to be debt free about aug 2010
