HSBC - Managed Loan?

Hi,
I've had a response from the CCCS.
They've said accept it if the interest rate is 0% - I've checked it isn't it's 2%.
The CCCS have also said they are willing to check the small print for me which I'm going to do.
But I can safely say the answer to the managed loan will be HSBC go and take a long run of a very short pier.
