    They will require statements for each of your accounts, as listed in your petition.

    Sorry Phil, is that applicable to claim the fees discount on the day? I know the OR can get them for the process of br, but I was answering to claim the discount on the day at court. I may have misread the post.

    according to the bumpf on the court websites you are indeed needed to provide 3 copies of statemtments as well as proofs of benefits....(I didnt fall into the correct category when I filed apparently wrong benefits!)
