Mortgage Recommendation - FTB

Hi,
My partner and I are looking to buy our first home in the next few months, and I wondered if there were any appropriate suggestions for a mortgage deal.
I earn 45k, my partner 23k, and commitments of 370 per month.
We have a deposit of 30k, and are looking to borrow 190k (So house price of up to 220k).
And suggestions gratefully received!
Also, would it be a good idea to get an Approval in Principle from a lender??
