nationwide mortgages

Just wondered how long it is taking for a mortgage application from applying to getting a offer. We currently have a mortgage with them but are moving to another property, so may be porting our mortgage over and taking another out for the difference.

    Ours was a week from putting in the application to getting the offer.
    It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.

    Really thats right good so is that even with the surveyer going out.We have been waiting 5wks for abbey and still not heard anything so we are going to the nationwide otherwise i can see either we will lose the house we are buying are our buyers will pull out.

    Yup, we put our app in on a Monday, they did the survey Thursday and we had our offer on Monday
    It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.

    Did you do your application in a branch are through a broker.

    Through a broker. We did tell him we needed it done fast though and he certainly delivered.
