Confused about my options - My first post!

Hi,
First time I'm ever time I've ever written on a forum! So here goes.
Finally admitted to a mate how much in debt I am and sat down and went over all my incomings/outgoings etc...basically got myself in a right pickle and just going round in circles and I don't know the best option to take to get out of it! Feel slightly better for telling someone
Basics are debt - £9K, made up of the following:
HSBC Overdaft - £1,500
Nationwide overdraft - £1,450
Nationwide Credit Card - £1000
Egg Credit Card - £995
Egg Loan - £2,350
Tesco Credit Card - £1,000
Parents - £900
Income - £1013.13 pa (after tax) (£15k pa)
I'm struggling to make even minimum repayments on some and direct debits have bounced causing £30 bank charges each time which does not help. Think I have wrecked my credit rating and don't want to make it any worse.
Its all over the place and I want to gain control of the situation so not scared I'm going to find bank letters on the doorstep.
Any help or advice would be great!
