dca threatning court action

can anyone help, my partner cancelled her mobile contract at the end of last year, as we could no longer afford it, she called vodafone and was told not to do anything until she recieved final bill with cancellation charge on it. when she recieved it she agreed to pay £15 a week to pay off debt but when she started paying we could only afford £10 a week. she started paying on the 23rd of january, vodafone passed the debt to a collection agency on the 25th of january. she has contacted vodafone but they say there is nothing they can do. the agency is has added admin fees and is threatening court action, but there is a standing order in place, is there anything she can do.
