  • Hi Jamtart 6. What a fantastic reply the only one with any common sense attached to it with no sarcasim.
    Cheers
  • You are being very rude considering you are wanting help.

I would guess your daughter is earning about £30k. Income multiples are at a max of about 3.5 times, indicating possibly lending of about £100k.

She would need a deposit of at least 25%, so about £130k with a £30k deposit would be possible if she has an impeccable credit history.

If you are still not prepared to tell us more, we can only talk in total generalties. You may glean more information from reading other threads where people are asking similar questions, but giving more information. Hopefully you'll find someone whose posted who is in a very similar situation to your daughter, and therefore you can make use of the generous help provided to them.
So what your saying is some of the relpies are not rude have alook at Robert_Sterlings reply .:T

I had a New Year's resolution to not jump to conclusions about people. So I gave you the benefit of the doubt.

Having given you the benefit of the doubt, I now realise I was right in the conclusion to which I originally jumped.

I will waste no more time on you.
