Terms & Conditions of Entry - Moxie and Incoco Competition

1. To enter this promotion, participants are required to visit the e-news page at https://www.moxieproducts.co.uk and sign up to receive more information. At any time participants can unsubscribe from the mailing list.
2. The promotion starts on 25th February 2009 and all entries must be made online at https://www.moxieproducts.co.uk. All entries must be made before midnight on 12th March 2009, the competition closing date.
3. Each prize consists of one pack of Incoco Nail Applique, valued at £5.99. There are 10 prizes in total. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and the precise details of the prize may vary slightly. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize.
4. Entry is only open to British residents who are registered, or register at https://www.moxieproducts.co.uk before the closing date, and is limited to one entry per person. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
5. The draw will be conducted independently at Brandnation, Sterling House, 33 Union Street, London SE1 1SD. The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by e-mail or telephone by 26th March 2009. The name of the winning entry will also appear on the Moxie website (https://www.moxieproducts.co.uk). The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By entering this competition the winner agrees that her name and image can be used in post-event publicity.
7. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. This information will not be shared with any third parties, nor used to communicate with you in the future unless you have given permission.
