    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Just to say, for those worried about all the nails, new hair, new clothes happening etc, I won't be very poshly dressed, just a long work skirt, top, canvas flat shoes and I don't bother with my nails for the other 364 days of the year so I won't be this weekend!     I must go and cook now ( snake and pygmy pie, little roasties with crispy bacon and garlic butter and brocoloccoli ).....and Shiraz.
