1. The Ben Sherman Brighton Mod Weekend competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom over the age of 16.The Competition is being conducted by Ben Sherman Group Limited ("BSG"), 2 Eyre Street Hill, London EC1R 5ET United Kingdom.
2. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of BSG, its group companies, licensees, their family members or anyone else connected to the Competition.
3. Enter the Competition by signing up to the VIP mailing list. By entering the Competition, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Competition runs from 12pm on 23/02/09 and ends at 12pm on 31/03/09
5. One entry per person. Competition open to UK residents only.
6. The draw will be conducted on the 1/03/09 and will be entirely at random. Ben Sherman's decision in relation to the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must claim the prize within in one week to be eligible for the prize.
8. All prizes carry no cash value and are non-transferable.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are incomplete, delayed, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason. Entries which are incomplete or are not in accordance withthese terms and conditions are invalid.

1. The prize consists of the following:
2. Economy return train travel for two from anywhere in the UK to Brighton on the weekend of either 21st March or 28th March 2009, the weekend to be decided by the winner]. Outbound journey to be taken on Saturday morning, return journey to be taken on the Sunday evening.

• Saturday night accommodation for two at Hotel Pelirocco, including breakfast, based on two sharing the 'Modrophenia' room.
• Saturday night dinner for two up to the total value of £100 (inclusive of drinks) at the Graze Restaurant, Hove.
• 2 days Vespa hire for two people, from Vroom-by-the-sea on Saturday and Sunday. (See point 14 for scooter hire conditions)

1. All components of the prize must be taken together. Ben Sherman reserves the right to substitute parts of the prize of equal or greater value at any time. If the winner wishes to extend the stay beyond the scope of the prize in any way, including without limitation changing the date of the return journey or booking additional nights stay, the winner agrees to make all and any necessary amendments/alterations to their bookings and to incur all additional costs associated with amending or altering the holiday.
2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Ben Sherman accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, insurance and transfers (other than those specified).

1. Scooter hire:
2. Scooter hire is from 9am on Saturday morning, until 6pm on Sunday evening.

• Hire includes two Vespa Euro Helmets, third party insurance and two Vespa LX50/PX125 (or such other scooters as permitted, depending on licences held by winner and winner's companion).
• Winners will need to pay a deposit of £300/bike by card pre-authorisation to Vroom-by-the-Sea.
• To hire, winners must hold a full driving licence, passed before 1st Feb 2001 which allows someone to ride a 50cc bike without L plates, and carry a passenger, OR a CBT licence, OR a Full motorcycle licence. Licence must be produced at time of collecting vehicle at Vroom-by-the-sea office.

BSG accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability (other than set out below) for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or the winner's travel companion as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. BSG further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to the winner or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of BSG for death or personal injury as a result of BSG's negligence.
2. BSG reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

Am I being totally thick? The competition ends on 31 March, but the winner has to decide which weekend they would prefer 21st or 28th March???

I have tried looking for some way to contact the site, but it has been one of those days!!

Also states that the draw will take place on 1/03/09. Maybe they just got the month wrong and this closes 28/02?

Just had the following email from them:

Hi Ms Chocaholic

Thank you for your email.

We have now up-dated the website from you sent below. The competition will run from 23-2-09 to 31-3-09. The draw will be conducted 1-4-09 and the prize must be taken during April.

I hope this confirms everything for you?
