Hi I sought advice from the cccs approx 4 months ago and they gave me usefull advice on reducing outgoings etc and i took all advice and still am not making any headway i am still falling behind approx 500 pounds a month and have no way of pulling this back, this income was lost due to achange in circumstances. I have done lots of reading up and really am feeling that bankruptcy is the only option i have left, I am a home owner but due to house prices dropping i have no equity left in my home, my home is quite literally falling apart around us and i cannot afford any repairs it is just feeling desperate and i am not sure how i should be handling it. I feeling that i need to file for bankrupty but am concerned about my home situation I have a young son and am worried about getting cought in a position where i am bankrupt am being given a period of time to find other accommodation but am unable to do so because of being bankrupt, and also then being stuck in a house where i cant afford to repair leeks, boiler etc. Shouls i be looking for a rental property before i file for bankruptcy.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
