PondaRosa - Monterey Chicken??

Hi All,

I'm after a recipe for the Montery Chicken they make in PondaRosa, I live in South Wales (Newport UK) but went to Florida last year, and came across this Monterey chicken - Yum

I've looked on the net, and it says it's made from French Dressing, does anyone know if this is correct? The Frech dressing over there tends to be more orange and thick looking, over here, we have sort of vinaigrette french dressing, does anyone know if ADSA, Tesco sell the orange/thick looking type?
