Do you know if I can......CCA a CCJ!?

Hi Guys,
I'm back! Well, since deciding to get my life and finances in order - I've been speaking to PayPlan re my debts. They advised me to deal seperately with the 2 CCJ's which are showing on my credit report. Thought it'd be easy, but apparantly not. I only had details of the Court they were registered in, so today phoned up Northants Court and the very nice lady gave me all the details. Turned out it was logged back in 2004 - Ive never made a payment against it, or have any recollection of it, which is quite weird. It is for Empire Catalogues. I have never had a catalogue with them for a start, so was wondering if I could dispute it or whether it is too late for that, as its reacheed CCJ stage. Have enough other debts to pay, without having to pay one that I'm not sure belongs to me
Anyway, thought somebody on here might know more than me, so thought i'd give it a go!
Thanks guys

As your position is that it's not your debt you should apply to have it 'set aside'

Surprised Payplan didn't tell you that.0 -
Hiya, I think they probably would have done, had I asked! I didn't realise it wasnt mine until I looked into the deeper - only the fact I am trying to sort things out, made me check. I'll have a look at that link you sent me and see about trying that
