    also don't think about the car yet, your husband hasn't past the test yet it may take him a few goes.

    Thank you angeldiva!I'm sat here beaming.My husband would prefer to spread out the debt so to speak and live more comfy but I'd prefer to tighten the belt till it hurts a lot and get it over and done with!lol.I thought the banks would get a bit shirty ;)

    Thanks for the advice debrag,I tend to over plan and allocate for things that haven't happened yet!This will be his 2nd test.

    I forgot to say earlier that I had a letter about my loan ppi saying that they can offer me a figure that will put me back in the position I would have been if I hadn't taken out the insurance.If it's for the full amount I shall be well chuffed as it's nearly £1200.It would make a massive difference to our outstanding debt bal and take a whole yr off our dfd.I'm too scared to hope-lol.My eye twitches every time I think about it!Ha
