I ned help please council tax, equita & baliff

When I had my bailiff/council tax problem, I contacted my councillor and made more progress in 2 emails than any visit to the council.

Put it this way when they receive a query they go to the head of the department, when you have a query you will deal with the guys on the bottom rung as it were.

need urgent help regarding equita who wont agree on a payment plan and want the payment in full. dont know what to do.
