Advice on "Signed For" package...

My niece got suckered into one of those photographic deals to the tune of about £400. She is paying monthly and has currently made two payments. However, she only has the proofs and has never received the photographs.
I went with her to the bank to cancel the DD but its not a DD its a guaranteed monthly debit card payment. Next step we are contacting the photographic company (and yes, I have now taken her under my wing to sort out her finances and educate her the MSE way!) to return the proofs for a full refund and cancellation of contract.
However, she is worried that the photographs may have been delivered to her old address where someone else may have signed for them.
How does she stand? Advice very grateful!
Also - her credit rating is poor, and she is currently on benefits - I don't suppose anyone has some quick cash ideas e.g. bank account deals etc for her kind of situation?
Thanks guys!

I know its a pain, but get the card cancelled and sort out a new one.....at least that will stop them taking any more money from her in the meantime.
If they have not delivered the photographs then they hve not honoured the contract, which also counts if they have been delivered to an incorrect adress and they have been signed for by a third party.:D stay wonky :D
....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !0
