Hi folks,
We're buying a house (mad I know) and I've got a quote for 600£ conveyance fees + vat. Land registry etc on top of that.
Seems kind of expensive. Is it?
Thanks

Don't know where you work but if you do happen to work for the Belfast Health and Social Care trust you can join staff services for 99p per month, they have loads of good discounts etc and one of them is conveyancing from about £359 + VAT. Have never used this service but thought it might be of use to someone!0

It also often depends on the price of the house you are buying. IMHO that is a very low price. Make sure that they do the job properly!Norn Iron Member 3830
