They are not personal attacks. I am pointing out the employment advice you are giving is not very good and I am urging the OP not to follow it.

I don't doubt your heart is in the right place and you certainly seem to be able to offer emotional support, its just the employment advice you give is bad to the point of being dangerous.

You started off saying "discrimination" is hovering in the air, then go on to say "tell the employer about it". It all just makes no sense and judging by the OPs frame of mind, what she does'nt need is conflicting bad employment advice.

And its not just me that finds your advice not very good, there seems to be others too. This is not personal.
