It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I had just eaten tea Sall!
I got home from the interview at 6.15 and my blood sugar went all wonky donkey and I had to eat-had the shakes etc. ho hum...

I will maybe bring a cereal bar with me to work on Thurs and eat that at 4pm ish so I will be ok to run Thurs night.

No wonder you got stitch silly! Def have a cereal bar or banana before you run. When I go out on monday 6pm I literally have a banana 5 mins before I run followed by big glass of water. Should make the run easier for you and blood sugar should be ok

  • I think a pj party sounds a brill idea!

One thing I am *slightly* worried about...I hate hangovers and inevitably, I get one. I need to watch how much I drink and not be an a$$. Honestly, I will be in bed for 8pm if I drink too much I'm so crap....
