Please give someone a call CCCS or CAB or even the samaritans. It's difficult to see a way through when you're feeeling down but here will be one. the people on this board are testament to that. can you give a bit more info for people to work with?

    Hi Daz

You need to find out what the court order relates to if you don't already know. Do this asap. It is possible it will affect your house purchase.

Well done for posting. I would recommend you post an soa http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html

and then the people on here will be able to advise you on the way forward.
Hoping to raise finance on a house you don't yet have to clear your debts doesn't sound very feasible but hopefully we can fnd a better way to tackle them.

I'm sorry you are having dark day but tackling things should help you. Try talking to someone family or as HHH suggests maybe the samaritans. Or if you post on here people are really supportive. There is life beyond this for you.

Martin says there is nor debt problem that can't be sorted - yours won't be the exception.

hi, just wanted to say i hope everything worked out ok. It might be an error. A friend once had deductions direct from her wage for council tax arrears but she knew nothing about it and it turned out to be an error (she had actually paid her bill!). Hope it is something similar for you :)
