Hi all,
Any advice much appreciated, in the purchase of a static holiday home, as regards the best way to arrange a loan.
Are there specialist companies, or are the High Street banks my best bet, either by personal appointment, or online?
Any other clever method, or advice would be most welcome.
The target sum to borrow would be between £20K to £50K.
What are the standard rates of loan interest in the market these days, and will this be likely to alter significantly in the relatively short term, due to the current economic climate?
Many thanks in advance.

We purchased a static caravan 7 years ago (from the site owners) for £48,000 financed by North West Securities.
We sold it back to the site owners 3 years later for £12,500!!!!
This type of loss is apparently quite common0
